Frequently asked questions
Are my uploaded files sent to a server?
No. The ZIP is created entirely in your browser, and the files are never sent to a server.
Can I upload an entire folder at once?
No. Right now you can only select individual files. Select all the files inside the folder and add them at once instead.
What happens if I add multiple files with the same name?
To avoid overwriting, every file after the first gets a number appended to its name, like "(1)" or "(2)".
Can I create a password-protected ZIP?
No. This tool only bundles and compresses files — it doesn't support setting a password.
