Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the text in the converted PowerPoint?
Not directly — this tool works by capturing each PDF page as an image and placing one per slide, so you can move or resize the image but can't edit the text or shapes inside it the way you would with a native PowerPoint file. It's great for sharing a PDF in presentation form while keeping its exact layout, but if you need to edit the content itself, you're better off recreating it natively in PowerPoint.
Can I convert a PDF whose pages are different sizes?
Yes. The slide size is fixed to match the first page, and any differently-sized pages are centered within that slide at their original aspect ratio — they're never stretched or distorted.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. Reading the PDF, rendering each page as an image, and building the PowerPoint file all happen entirely in your browser. Your file is never sent anywhere.
How long does conversion take?
It depends on the number of pages and your browser's performance, since each page has to be rendered as an image first. A progress indicator shows how far along the conversion is.
