Frequently asked questions
Does cropping actually delete content?
No. This tool only adjusts the PDF's CropBox (the region shown on screen or in print). The original page content stays intact — only the visible area shrinks, so nothing is destructively removed.
Can I crop each page differently?
Not currently — the margin percentages you set apply uniformly to every page. If you need different crops per page, split the PDF into separate pages first, crop each one, then merge them back together.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed entirely in your browser, and the file is never sent anywhere.
What are the margin percentages relative to?
Each page's actual dimensions. For example, a 10% top margin trims an amount equal to 10% of that page's height from the top.
